Returning member: Log-in with current user name and password. Click the "Forgot" links if you cannot remember your log-in information.
New member: In the “Sign Up Now” banner click the New Member link to recieve your login info. When you receive your login information email enter that information in the Member Login area.
Once logged in click the link at the top of the page to complete your registration. (In the Sign Up Now banner below the picture.
Completing your registration:
Complete/update your personal and emergency contact information.
Select your league(s). If you are logging in again to register for a second league for the 2025-2026 season, do not delete the league you have already registered and paid for. This will show on your invoice at the end of the registration process but you will not be charged for it again. You will only be charged for the new league you are registering for.
Skip's and your first and last name must be filled in for the team information. Entering all player names is helpful. If you are still recruiting players you may add TBD for that position.
Curling Alberta Fee. If you are paying the fee at the Thistle, leave the answer as "no". If paying at another club, enter that club's name. If registering for a second league, continue to answer "no". The fee will show on your final invoice but you will not be charged a second time. The outstanding invoice balance should be for the amount of your second league only. The Curling Alberta and Facility Enhancement fees are not charged twice.

Submit your payment on-line or e-transfer. E-transfer payments must include your name, your skip's name, and league name. Registration is not complete until payment has been recieved by the Thistle.

The Thistle Curling Club now has two Senior Curling Leagues, a Monday
Mixed and Tuesday/Thursday Mens. We offer a different perspective to curling. We do not
enter by team rather as individuals.
The Monday Mixed has two rounds of 12 games each. We place people in positions they are
most comfortable playing and establish evenly balanced teams. We do not put a husband and
wife on the same team. After the first round we redistribute all players so that you do not play
with the same people for the second round. We are about social fun, meeting people yet
playing the game we love. The Monday Mixed will start October 20th at 9:30 AM.
The Tuesday/Thursday Mens is the same make-up as the Monday Mixed except we play 3
rounds of 15 games each. After each round we redistribute the players. Again you will not play
with the same people in any of the rounds. The Tuesday/Thursday Mens will start October 7th at
9:30 AM.
We have two banquets each year, at Christmas and at Year-End, where both leagues get
together to celebrate. Your fees do cover both banquets.
If you do not know how to curl we will train you at no cost as we welcome all.

The Thistle Curling Club is the oldest club in Edmonton. Founded in 1920, it has been in its current location in northeast Edmonton since 1952. Our club is a modern facility with 8 sheets of excellent ice, locker rooms, food services and a great lounge.
